About this sector

Automotive engineering, along with aerospace engineering and naval architecture, is a branch of vehicle engineering, incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, and safety engineering as applied to the design, manufacture and operation of motorcycles, automobiles, and trucks and their respective engineering subsystems. It also includes modification of vehicles.

Manufacturing domain deals with the creation and assembling the whole parts of automobiles is also included in it. The automotive engineering field is research -intensive and involves direct application of mathematical models and formulas. The study of automotive engineering is to design, develop, fabricate, and test vehicles or vehicle components from the concept stage to production stage. Production, development, and manufacturing are the three major functions in this field.

Our Experience

We manufacture press tools, high volume parts for the electric cars battery packs.

The last ten years has seen an enormous surge in the switch from the internal combusion engine to electric cars. Our components are now used in the production of electric cars in the United States.

We look forward to playing a substaintal role in the production of ecologically effecient cards in the years ahead.

Quick-turnaround design, production and delivery of custom components.

What can we bring to this industry?

CNC Machining

CNC machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery. The process can be used to control a range of complex machinery, from grinders and lathes to mills and routers.

Milling

Milling is a cutting process that uses a milling cutter to remove material from the surface of a work piece. ... This makes metal cutting somewhat different (in its mechanics) from slicing softer materials with a blade. The milling process removes material by performing many separate, small cuts.

Turning

Turning is a form of machining, a material removal process, which is used to create rotational parts by cutting away unwanted material. ... Turning is also commonly used as a secondary process to add or refine features on parts that were manufactured using a different process.

Wire Erosion

EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) Wire Erosion is a precision engineering process where a work piece is cut through with a strand of wire, it creates electrical sparks between the wire and the work piece, and these electrical sparks cut the work piece.

Spark Erosion

Spark eroding (EDM) is a method of removing material by a series of electrical arcing discharges (sparks) between an electrode (the cutting tool) and the workpiece. The EDM cutting tool moves along the desired path very close to the work but without touching it.

Surface Grinding

A surface grinding machine uses a table that moves the work back and forth under a grinding wheel. The work is often passed under the grinding wheel multiple times. Grinding wheels are made precise using diamond dressers. Coolant is often applied during the process.

ID/OD Grinding

High Precision Parts with Cylindrical ID/OD Grinding

There are various types of single-purpose, single operation cylindrical grinders, including OD (outside diameter) or ID (inside diameter). OD grinders work on the external (outside) surface of an object as it is rotated between the centers.

Injection Moulding

The injection moulding tool is the heartbeat of the injection moulding process. Molten plastic then gets injected into the mould, which is held together by extreme force. ... This is the process which creates the final plastic product.
